Old OLD people, are known for hiking their pants up to their nipples, and are also known for going senile.
Babies are by DEFINATION immature, and 99.9999999999+% of the time would rather run around naked (FAR from the waist-bands of their diapers).
Ghetto/Wigger/Rapper-Wannabe/Lemming Teens buy pants 10+ sizes to big and wear their pants around their thighs/knees/shins/ankles trying to be cool and the above (see link) happens.
