Well that explains why he'd want to marry a 14 year-old. Even though he was 18, he was immature and unable to deal with life's challenges with anything but violence.
I say give him the chair. Or better yet, put him in an inflatable dingy, and drop him in the center of the Pacific.
He obviously can't deal with society in a civilized manner, so lets take him out of it. Cause I definitely don't want to pay ANY part of the bill to keep that kid around. I mean if he isn't going to have respect for the lives of the rest of society, why should we have respect for his?
